Open Tumbling- L1
with Coach Shelby A.
AGES 8yrs and up: Saturdays 6-7pm
*NO REGISTRATION NEEDED for DROP IN RATE- Pay at class
This class is designed for all L1 Inferno comp athletes to add supplemental skills training to their practice schedule. This is optional for Fireflies, L1 & L2.1 athletes and is not included in their monthly tuition. This class is also open to non-comp L1 athletes looking to work on foundational level tumbling skills over the school year, see if cheer is a good fit, or to just get moving.
L1 Tumbling Skills: Forward/backward rolls, cartwheel, roundoff, handstands, handstand forward roll, Handstand snap downs, roundoff rebound, bridges, bridge kick-overs, Back/front walkovers, front/back walkover series, Valdez, and ending with L2-backhand springs.
*all skills and progressions determined by tumbling Coach only.

$20/class- drop in rate (pay as you go- in person at gym) per athlete. *Waivers due at first class for the season.

Tiny Tots Cheer 101

Ages 3-7 yrs: Saturdays 5pm-6pm
NO REGISTRATION NEEDED-DROP IN CLASS
This is an exciting opportunity for our youngest cheerleaders to learn foundational skills, get moving, and see if cheer is right for them. The class will include intro level tumbling, Jumps, & some open-play. This is a mixed skills intro to cheer class designed for our Fireflies comp athletes as supplemental skill training, and is open to all children in the age range.

Coach Ashley is one of our CWY & IVC Sideline Cheer Coaches. She also has a career as a Pre-K teacher in East Vancouver. She is full of patience, kindness, coaching skill, and she is incredible with our Inferno Minis!
