Recreational cheer teams within the Vancouver area that cheer at WSCCA events at local high schools in WA state. Teams have an opportunity to cheer at the WSCCA Recreational State Championships! Rec-Cheer is a combination of Cheers, Dance, some tumbling, and stunting- all packed into a single outstanding routine. This program is perfect for all cheerleaders of all abilities, from beginner to advanced. Rec Cheer is an environment of fun, learning, and showcasing talented routines filled with skills and smiles.

Squad Levels: Each location will assign squads based on age, maturity, experience, friend/team requests, and skill level.

1. Foundations Team- Beginner level, learning foundational skills in tumbling, choreography and stunting. May have none/some experience and Is ready to learn a strong foundation of skills. Performs in 4 WSCCA comp events, and the Inferno Rec-Exhibition.

2.Intermediate/Advanced Team- for cheerleaders with some or a lot of experience who are able to focus, work hard and follow directions well. This team will advance with a lot of tumbling/stunting skills. Stunting will be a large focus of these teams, alongside dance choreography. Performs in 5 WSCCA comp events, and the Inferno Rec-Exhibition. (These teams also have an opportunity to earn a BID to

All teams last comp will be the WSCCA Junior State & Rec State Championships (typically late Jan.)

Inferno Rec-Exhibition

The Inferno Exhibition is a longstanding tradition for Inferno Cheerleaders. This is an event where all program teams will have an opportunity to perform their routines, amongst each other, friends and family. It is a perfect event to invite family too because it is hosted locally in Vancouver. Fun festivities for cheerleaders and families after the awards ceremony, are always exciting. Between raffles, games, picture booths, music, and more, everyone leaves with a smile.

Costs:

Registration fee $100

Due at the time of registration

Uniform package $150-200 (Due on 9/1)

Due at our uniform sizing event in early sept. Includes a Customized Cheer Shell, Under-sleeves, Skirt, Briefs, Pom Poms, Comp Bow. All items are yours to keep. We also have an online store where you can purchase fun customized merch like backpacks, duffle bags, practice clothes, jackets, fan gear and so much more…

Season Fee- $300 or $50/month (total or payment plan contract Due by 9/1)

cost covers coaching fees, facility rental fees, athlete insurance, comp entry fees, routine music licensure, and operational costs. Payment plans run from Sept-March. You can save $50 by paying it all at once. All season fees must be paid in full, or a payment plan contract submitted by sept 1st. You will mark your choice at registration. We strive to offer affordable rec cheer for all cheerleaders by keeping our costs low, and flexible.

*Interested in being trained as a coach? All coaches get a FREE cheerleader! We train onsite, and support all practices as needed. Inferno pays for all training and certifications needed! if chosen you will be reimbursed the registration fee, and all season fees waived! You only buy your cheerleaders uniform package.
