Our tumbling program is designed to build a strong foundation of body control, strength, and confidence. Whether you are just starting your journey or looking to master intermediate connections, our highly trained coaches provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment to help you reach your goals.
Our facility features:
• Professional-grade spring floors for optimal safety and bounce.
• Comprehensive matting systems for skill progression.
• Expert coaching staff dedicated to proper technique and injury prevention.
Skills Covered:
• Foundations: Forward/Backward Rolls, Cartwheels, and Roundoffs.
• Intermediate Basics: Front Walkovers (FWO), Back Walkovers (BWO), and Front Handsprings (FHS).
• Advanced Connections: Back Handsprings (BHS), Roundoff Back Handsprings, Back Walkover Back Handsprings, and various series tumbling passes.
• Note: all advanced connections are introduced as students demonstrate the necessary prerequisite strength and technique.
